Lent day 13

greetings!

i am tired...

got in from work after 5...

walked 5 laps at the track...

you might ask why???

annual trip to the cardiologist this morning...

he verbally spanked me [a good thing]...

oh well...

after walking, gave Jeep a bath -- he and i both had fun...

he is smelling great and chillin' in front of the fireplace...

a leftover thought from scripture last night at micro church...

we discussed it sitting around the firepit -- awesome...

1 john 4.18: "there is no fear in love. but perfect love drives out fear. because fear has to do with punishment. the one who fears is not made perfect in love..."

how does fear relate to punishment?
